PARALLEL TO DESIGN THE PROJECT HANDLING WILL BE PERFORMED. THE APPLICATIONS ARE DIRECTLY TESTED AND IN SHORT CYCLES THE RESULTS ARE REPORTED BACK TO THE DESIGN.
IF NEEDED, TARGETS, MEASURES AND STRATEGY ARE ADJUSTED.
